Listening and distilling ideas into actionable goals, projects and processes. Whether it's totally clear and planned and you need a second pair of eyes, or it's just a seed of an idea you still need to nail down. 

Working out what makes people tick and aligning that with possible partners, stakeholders or creative collaborations.

I'm good with people, very empathetic and can often get to the root of difficult situations with people. 

Or pick my brains about anything in the cultural sector. (I've been around for 20 years, had a few different roles and am happy to chat about challenges in general!)

And if I can't help you, I'll try and point you in the direction of someone who can.

My Approach

A creative producer makes things happen. I sit between the creative process and the operational process in the project, orchestrating ideas, resources, people and participants to turn ideas into reality.  

I shape how meaning is taken from work and expanded through multiple communication channels. 

I combine attention to detail with the ability to see the big picture and make connections between the two. 

I have produced work across music, dance, visual arts, poetry and circus.  

I work collaboratively and dynamically, exploring all ideas before grounding them into a concrete plan and creating a bespoke process for each project.  

I specialise as a creative producer, which means I support the stakeholders and artists to push concepts and ideas as far as they can go, from development to delivery.

I have fundraised and designed creative pitches to win big contracts and meet fundraising targets.  

I have also worked for two decades conceiving and crafting in all kinds of spaces, including open fields, underground bunkers, town squares, city streets and even a disused hospital. As a result I bring an experienced eye to spatial design and audience experience mapping, ensuring that everyone feels included. From the shortest person who needs a clear view, to disability access, and the visual and auditory choices of a production, I work to harmonise everything into a unifyied, striking design.
